A group Chadari Foundation members distributed over 200 commercial posters about democracy’s core values including, the freedom of speech, respect to others, using responsibly the new technologies including the social medias ( Facebook, twitter…) around the capital, Kabul city on Sunday, September 15, 2013.
The commercial posters being inspired via the 128th resolution of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU). The posters, separated to Kabul university main gates, Sayed Jamaluddin teacher training institute, Esteqlal high school and other crowded places of the city.
However, a number of viewers had their own criticizes over the posters and the democracy at whole, but alongside, a number of the citizens admired the work and appreciated it.
The parliamentarian and women rights activist, Farkhunda Zahra N aderi and a member of human rights and democracy committee of IPU, earlier responded a question of the IPU, the she and her team, will celebrated the International day of democracy by raising the public awareness on 15th September.
The parliamentarian has also asked the Afghan lower house to admire those organizations, which provide free inter-net services to the public.
Based on the 62th resolution of the UN national assembly, the 15th September is marked as the “International day of democracy”, for preaching the humanitarian and desiring values of the democracy, as one of the world’s most popular political system.
